sunnyside is perfectly located with shrewsbury town centre just 15 minute drive away offering shopping, coffee shops, resturants, gorgeous river side walk. also many stunning beer gardens. around the town giving our guest some fantastic dog friendly walking spots from haughmond hill and grins hill just a 10 minute drive away both hill are visibly from the site there is some stunning woodland walks just behind the site eventually bringing you back to the village were you can grab a drink from out local pub or even grab some supplies from the shop. shropshire has some lovely national trust spots local to us the most favourite being attingham park were you can see deer in there natural undisturbed enviroment. but if your move extreme then there is some brilliant mountain biking offered all within riding distance

the quarry park
the quarry is shrewsburys 29 acre park enjoy a walk along the river explore the dingle and beautiful gardens. we are very lucky to have our cottage , the couch house sitting right on the edge of this beautiful park.
the shrewsbury castle
sitting high in shrewsburys skyline the castle is agreat place to explore. it houses collections from shropshires regimental museum and is filled with history.
Attingham park
the stinning national trust property is just 10 minutes drive from shrewsbury town centre with an impressive regency masion and a beautiful 200 acre parkland complete with its own deer park its well worth a visit.

shrewsbury is home to many great events throughout the year including the famouse shrewsbury flower show, the shrewsbury folk festival and food festival aswell as many more also some huge river festivals for the fishermen.
