FAMILY-RUN PARK & FISHERY
We are a family-run Caravan Site based in the Heart of Shropshire, with the beautiful surrounding countryside and stunning woodland walks, our site offers guests peaceful and relaxing surroundings complete with a lovely lake view around all of the park.
£5 per night will be included in the £35 a night pitch fee. Any additional
electric purchased will be refunded if not used. Once used you can purchase more
from reception.

Our adult only touring site is open 11 months of the year in lovely Shropshire countryside, close to the historic town of Shrewsbury, located between the villages of Astley and Hadnall off either the A53 or A49. The location is an ideal base to explore this wonderful countryside.
Our fully serviced 8m X 8.5m hard standing pitches provide everything you need to
enjoy every night of your caravan break, hassle free. Each pitch is equipped
with a convenient bollard that supplies a 16amp electric connection (via a
plug), drinking water, wastewater disposal-direct into drain via hose from your
caravan and black waste disposal – providing you use green chemical. With these
amenities readily available, parking your tourer, motorhome or camper van is
quick and easy.
Winter Seasonal Pitches
Our lake side touring pitches will be available from 2nd October – 2nd January, then re-open from 2nd February – 2nd April as winter seasonal at £1,250 + electric (electric will have to purchased when needed).

Additional costs:
- Touring caravan day visitors £5.00 per person 8am-20:00pm
- Touring evening guests £10.00 per person 24 hours (max 2 people per caravan)
- If you wish to arrive before 1pm there is a £10 charge
- If you wish to stay after 11am there is a £10 charge until 5pm
- Max 3 dogs
- We also ask our guest to only use eco green chemical for the waste, this can be purchased on site.

The months between May and September we may end up having to shut the lake last minute for a couple of weeks due to fish spawning. there will be no refund if you have booked to stay with us to come fishing, we have a duty of care to our fish and lake and we hope that you respect that too.
- We kindly ask our caravaners to not use electric heaters in their awnings as this is a fire risk.
- We allow BBQ’s ( no throw away BBQ’s).
- We do not allow open fires, but we do allow fire pits as long as they are kept on the hard stand and a fire proof mat.
- We do allow you to walk the lake at your own risk, be mindful of fishermen that will be fishing from time to time as they do have expensive gear.
- Dogs are allowed with you on the lake but must be kept on leads and cleaned up after.
- Please do not step over fishing poles, allow fishermen to remove them.
- When a match is on the lake or some areas of the lake will be closed off to people walking the lake due to expensive gear and interrupting the match.
On site we ask people not to wash their caravans or motorhomes on the pitches/site due to chemicals getting into the lake.
